Care Professional Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective, professional communication with clients, their family members, and your co-workers
• Provide personalized in-home care to seniors
• Assist clients with all personal care needs
• Help maintain a clean and organized environment for clients
• Remind clients to take their self-administered medications
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old

Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate individuals (Care Pros) and CNAs to support our mission of enhancing the lives of seniors throughout the community. We are eager to expand our team of Care Pros who are ready to commit to a higher number of weekly hours.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate dignity and respect in treating and caring for seniors and their property
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly way
• Completing a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening is necessary
• Must possess valid car insurance, a driver's license, and a current car registration
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
