The ideal candidate possesses a plethora of experience of compensation-related HR experience, prior experience with HRIS systems, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. An analytical background, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a high level of attention to detail are also characteristics of a candidate who will be able to excel in this position. This person will provide support to the compensation team and be involved with bonuses processes at the firm, as well as design compensation processes and programs. • Bachelor's degree, required.
• 2+ years of compensation or related HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
