Roles and Responsibilities* The role is responsible for managing the support and design of compensation structures to attract, retain and motivate employees; to include salary analysis, job evaluations, compensation strategy, policy interpretation/implementation, communications, data management, reporting, program management and continuous improvement.* Role will collaborate with the broader divisional HR team to ensure compliance with Facility policies & processes, ensure fair and consistent pay practices and provide consultation on ad hoc compensation projects and topics.* Role will also ensure consistency and alignment with total rewards management.Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor s degree requiredRequirements:* Minimum 5 -8 yrs of direct Compensation and Total Rewards experience in U.S. And Canada. Global experience preferred.* Demonstrated experience with exemption determinations, market analysis and compensation benchmarking.* Preference for dynamic experience working with Sales Incentive Plans strongly preferred, inclusive of the tools and technology to support.Relevant certification(s) such as World at Work (CCP, GRP or similar) desirable.Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.For more information, please email us at
