Location Requirements: Hybrid - 3 days on site initially and 2 days remote; after training period, 2 days on site and 3 days remote
Rate: $110K-$115K base salary plus bonus and benefits
Job Description: The Compensation Analyst will support the company's compensation program, including conducting market analysis, participating in salary surveys, and creation and administration of incentive programs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
- Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range.
- Research, analyze and evaluate market data and pay practices; participate in compensation surveys.
- Manage the creation of the annual compensation review process tasks in the HRIS system.
- Support the annual salary process through data validation, survey results review, salary grade reviews, and salary increase recommendations.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory changes, confirming minimum wage changes, exempt status rulings, applicable state and federal employment regulations, compensation policies, and human resources policies.
- Manage or support other HR and/or Bank-wide projects as assigned, to ensure the effective administration of HR functions and changes.
- Actively participate in the development of Bank's culture and play an integral role in maintaining the effectiveness of the culture, consistently modeling the Bank's values, evaluate employee engagement, and propose solutions to further build and maximize engagement.
- Act as the Payroll back up to the Payroll Administrator for QC purposes.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or accounting/finance preferred
- 4+ years of Human resources experience, including 2 years in compensation.
- Solid working knowledge of compliance and laws around benefits and compensation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High aptitude with working with numbers, exceptional commitment to accuracy and detail, and to prioritize workload.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office; highly proficient in Excel.
