Compensation Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to handle compensation and benefits analysis, administration, and HR-related tasks. This role requires expertise in compensation structures, benefits, data analysis, compliance, and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation analysis to ensure internal and external equity, including market surveys and position classification.
- Lead annual merit and bonus planning, presenting data insights to support decision-making.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to managers and staff.
- Conduct HR data analytics, including workforce statistics and benefit analysis.
- Assist with payroll processing and year-end payroll tasks.
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee support.
- Participate in 401(k) audit and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay current with HR laws and industry best practices through research.
- Support special HR projects and committees as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, research, and data presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
- Ability to collaborate and influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Expertise in compensation structures, salary surveys, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (HR focus preferred).
- 5+ years of compensation experience and 3+ years of benefits experience
