Overview
Summary
Oversees operational aspects of planning, job execution, reporting, and help manager vendor performance and accountability. Manages the team of Completion Supervisors.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manages the team of Completion Supervisors that oversee the day-to-day aspects of wellsite management for completion operations.
Coaches, mentors, and disciplines the team of Completion Supervisors to instill ownership and perform at a highest possible level.
Reviews daily entries in WellView to ensure accurate reporting
Leads the daily morning meeting and summarizes the previous day's operations.
Reviews Completion Procedures and works with Completion Engineers to develop an operational plan to execute completion procedures.
Coordinates with 3rd party and internal services groups on job timing, expectations, and developing an operational plan to execute completion procedure.
Works with the Completion Engineers to manage vendor performance and drive accountability for poor performance and NPT.
Helps manage cost by looking for opportunities to save money through vender changes, cost cutting negotiations, elimination of non-critical items, and finding more efficient was to perform the operation.
Reviews invoices for agreed upon pricing and ensures the coding is correct.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 3 to 7 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
