Human Resources Assistant - Full-Time (Hybrid after Training)Location: Onsite for training, hybrid post-90 days based on business needs Hiring ASAP Vaco is hiring a Human Resources Assistant for a healthcare organization. This role supports HR and Compliance teams with administrative tasks, onboarding, audits, and employee record management.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews
- Maintain HR & Compliance records (electronic and paper files)
- Coordinate interviews and HR-related meetings
- Conduct background checks and regulatory screenings
- Process employee status changes and payroll coordination
- Monitor HR communications and escalate issues as needed
- Track and distribute HR announcements, alerts, and assessments
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Qualifications: - 1 year of HR experience or 2 years in office administration with HR focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage remote employees and teams effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Education & Certifications: - Required: High School Diploma or higher
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field
- HR Certification is a plus
