LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company in New York, is seeking an experienced Compliance Associate to join their team.This position is full-time on site in NYC.Responsibilities:* Managing and overseeing factory audits for social compliance* Requesting and monitoring audits* Updating and managing licensee portals* Creating an internal system for tracking status updates* Creating data formulas* Organizing information for status reports* Communicating with licensors, licensees, and internal teamsRequirements:* 2+ years of experience in compliance and licensee auditing* Industry experience in textiles, fashion, or manufacturing required* Bachelor\u2019s Degree* Excellent communication skills* Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to learn various proprietary systemsThe anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience.
