Compliance Control Room Support - Phyton Talent Advisors : Job Details

Our Client a well Known Financial Servicers Firm is seeking a Compliance Control Room Support Specialist in their New York, New York Location!

Role Objectives

• Assist Control Room staff with their core advisory and monitoring functions as part of the daily interactions with Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Investment Banking Group (IBG), Relationship Management Group (RMG) and Structured Finance Group (SFG).
• Also assist with policy and procedure updates and enhancement.
• Assist CR staff with Maintenance of Watch List and Restricted Lists and with facilitation of Wall Crossings.
• Help facilitate communication between Americas, EMEA and Control Rooms as part of overall efforts to ensure global consistency.
• Assist with facilitation of local Conflicts of Interest (COI) checks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Control Room related experience a plus.
• Ability and confidence to successfully interact with the compliance teams.
• Ability to perform tasks time sensitive situations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask, organize and prioritize.
