Trans-Bridge Tours, an affiliate company, offers One-Day, Multi-Day and Casino Tours, as well as, Air & Cruise Vacations. The companies are now in the family's third generation of ownership and management.Job Description:Trans-Bridge, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Coordinator who will oversee the compliance programs and processes within the organization and ensure adherence to regulatory standards including, but not limited to, FMCSA and DOT.This position is based in Bethlehem, PA and requires a daily on-site presence (not remote or hybrid).Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Work with management and drivers to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
  • Review, document and analyze all interactions with regulatory entities to include crashes, roadside inspection violations and citations
  • Monitor and assist with driver qualification, pre-employment, post-accident, random & reasonable suspicion drug testing.
  • Evaluate and monitor all driver compliance and non-compliance issues, ensuring non-compliance issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Participate in incident investigations, root-cause analysis, follow-up, and closure of action items
  • Create and maintain driver qualification, training and Clearinghouse files
  • Administer/oversee drug and alcohol testing program
  • Assist in preparation for DOT, OSHA and safety audits
  • Submit insurance claims to insurance carrier
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Education
  • H.S. diploma or GED required
  • A.S. or Bachelor's degree is preferred
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a compliance-related role
  • Prior experience administering compliance processes and programs
Preferred Experience
  • Strong preference for prior work experience in the transportation industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety (FMCSA) and/or DOT regulations.
  • Experience managing drug & alcohol testing programs in the transportation industry
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Benefits:
