Compliance Director - Tandym Group : Job Details

A health services network in New York is currently seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join their team in Rockland County as their new Director of Compliance. In this role, the Director of Compliance will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Department by overseeing time-sensitive projects in both areas.Responsibilities:The Director of Compliance will:

• Oversee and monitor the compliance program, which includes the HIPAA privacy program.
• Provide leadership and direction to the compliance team, working collaboratively with staff and external regulatory agencies.
• Conduct investigations, implement and manage the annual compliance work plan
• Manage day to day operations of the compliance department
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required, Masters degree preferred
• 5 years of compliance experience within a healthcare setting
• Certified in Healthcare compliance (CHC) and Healthcare privacy compliance (CHCP)
