Job Description The Commercial Operations Internal Compliance Team is looking for a Compliance Lead supporting the Americas operations. We are looking for a motivated individual to help lead and to support the COPC operation in Order Compliance activities. This individual will work on compliance topics pertaining to Order Compliance, Revenue and QMS; closely working with our colleagues in the COpC, Global Trade, Field Compliance, Internal Audit and the Revenue team. The candidate will own and manage risk, maintain effective internal controls and execute various risk and control procedures. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. 4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently. As the Regional compliance Lead your responsibilities will include:
  • ISO Audit deliverables as well as external supplier audit impacting COPC operational tasks
  • SOX and Internal Audit deliverables.
  • SPOC for Auditors and SOX PMO on all audit and testing queries
  • Train resources to fulfill audit /testing deliverables.
  • Provide consultation and be the first point of escalation on compliance matters.
  • Work with Global Trade, Field Compliance and Customer Master team to review a variety of compliance topics.
  • Regional Revenue Lead and Regional QMS representative.
Additional experience required:
  • Understanding of Order Management process and its relation to the Revenue Recognition Policies within both ECC and CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in matrix and multinational environment
#LI-PK1 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $87,600.00 - $161,513.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
