EnSafe is searching for a Part-Time EHS Compliance Manager to support our client onsite in Memphis, TN. This position is a three-month contract role with opportunities for extension. EnSafe specializes in custom solutions in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology with offices operating within the U.S. What We Are Looking For: There are no typical days at EnSafe, and this role is no exception. As an EHS Compliance Manager, you will take on a leadership role with our employees and clients in project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work. In addition to being able to execute and oversee a wide range of technical services. What you will be doing: Ensure Safe Employee Behaviors Updating and maintaining health & safety management policies and procedures Ensuring EHS compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and NFPA standards Contributing to the crisis management team and serving as site Chemical Hygiene Officer. Maintaining chemical inventory and SDS database, exposure monitoring, inspections, reporting, and training programs Managing employee injuries to minimize loss What you will need: BS in Engineering or related Environmental Science. 9 years of relevant EHS compliance experience. Strong consulting and problem-solving skills working in the field with multi-media clients. 5 years of managerial experience. Project management experience including development of scopes of work and management of project teams. Technical expertise in local, state, and federal regulations. Strong client communication and writing skills. Ability to pass a background check.
