*Job Title: Computer Client Support Analyst**Duration: 06 months**Location: Sacramento CA 95833 **Pay-$21/hr on w2 max.*The role will use the current desktops already in place to support this work.TOP THINGS:1. Wireless carrier experience (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint)2. iOS and iPhone experience3. Windows OS experience4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel5. Good written and verbal skills6. Self -Sufficient, Accountable Wireless device management responsibilities:A. Receive & sort TSC incoming mail containing physical wireless devices. (iPhones, MiFi's, Cell phones)B. Catalog and track devices received from the mailC. Update wireless records in WRC (Billing system)a. If desired by process – provide Security data retention on devicesD. Locate and flag wireless devices on Legal holda. Follow legal hold process to collect data off the deviceb. Work with Legal team on questions and unlocking devicesc. Update legal hold spreadsheet for trackingE. Add old devices to DA log (Excel)F. Recycle old devices with Recycle 3rd partyG. Support IT Mobile Device Management work processesPosition Requirements & Desired skills1. This role would be required to work in the officea. Wireless devices can not be taken home2. Hours will be during core business hours (flexible schedule Monday-Friday (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm)3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel4. Wireless carrier experience5. Windows OS experience6. iOS and iPhone experienceMinimum Qualificationso High School Diploma or equivalento 1 year of Wireless Device management or Wireless Carrier experienceo Standard knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite, MS operations systems, and enterprise network environmento Strong client customer skillso Ability to learn quickly and transfer essential knowledge to team memberso Capable analytical skillso Teamwork is essentialo Strong communication skillso Demonstrates work quality and efficiencyo Open and adaptable to changeo Passion for safetyDesired Qualificationso Two to four-year college degree and/or IT learning accreditation or certification or equivalent IT work experience.o 1 year of general customer service experience in retail, or call center sales or service roleo Qualitative and quantitative analytic & problem solving skillso Ability to learn new concepts quicklyo Organizational skillso Advanced verbal and written communication skillso Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Wordo Is able to work independently or as part of a teamo Has novice/ basic knowledge of one or more of the following designated area: IT product line, operational process, Utility domain (e.g. Gas, Electric, Telecom Network, TCP/ IPo Adheres to Work Instructions and/or processes as defined in Run - Books and Playbookso Applies technical skills to resolve incidents of well-defined scope as specified by procedural guideline#MC1Job Type: ContractPay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Relocate:* Sacramento, CA 95833: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
