CNC Machinist Wanted – Join Our Startup Team in Bellville, TX

We're a fast-growing CNC machining startup based in Bellville, Texas, just an hour outside of Houston. Specializing in oilfield parts, we're looking for a CNC Machinist who is ready for a challenge and eager to help shape the future of our shop.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
• Read and execute from blueprints to produce precise parts.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with and teach other team members, contributing to a supportive group environment.
• Solve machining problems creatively, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in CNC programming, machine setups, and full-cycle machining.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
• A team player who enjoys teaching others and working in a dynamic environment.
• Someone ready to take on a challenge, turning the machine shop environment into their own adventure.
• English proficiency is required; Polish language skills are a bonus.
