Job Description :
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:•Prepare and execute computer processing jobs according to established schedules, procedures, and job instructions. •Monitor computer operation and program execution to assure that the system is operating properly and efficiently and to identify and correct errors or problems in execution. •Answer telephone inquiries regarding customer accounts, assist customers and Bank personnel with questions on the status of account, bank statements, charges, etc.•Perform routine system maintenance and maintaining system logs for optical retrieval, supplies inventory, hardware maintenance (belts, film, ink cartridges, ribbons, etc.).•Perform maintenance on customer accounts and input new accounts.•Prepare backup media and the safe storage of this media in both on-site and off-site locations.•Prepare the computer system for performing the night operations. •Print computer reports downloaded to the Bank's printer and distribute to the appropriate departments. •Prepare demand deposit, savings, and loan account report files to be stored on optical disk.
