Job Title: Temporary Computer OperatorPay rate: $23/hrLocation: Brooklyn, NYHours: 8:30am-4:30pmJob Type: Temporary, Full timeOur Client:Our client is the NYS Office of General Services, and they are seeking a Computer Operator for one of their teams. This is a temporary position (W2 Only) in Troy, NY and is an excellent opportunity for the right individual. The contract is expected to last approximately 2 years with the possibility of an extension and a pay rate of $23/hr.? This is an in-office role, so you must be commutable to Brooklyn, NY. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Accurately input financial data, including transactions, invoices, and receipts, into the Statewide Financial System.Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all financial activities and transactions.Ensure all data entry complies with state and federal financial regulations and guidelines.Perform routine audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and responding to emails related to financial services.Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer literacy.
