The OSU Agriculture Information Technology unit provides technology services, support and training for OSU Agriculture administration, administrative support units, Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service county, area and district offices, Field and Research Service Unit research stations, and various DASNR academic departments. Position Information:
Provide hardware and software support for PCs and Macs to OSU Extension personnel in district, area and county offices. Technical support is provided through remote diagnostics, telephone support, electronic mail, and by on-site visits. Travel is required; transportation vehicle is provided. Develop and implement a learner-based training program related to Information Technology (IT) efforts and issues for OSU Extension district personnel, area specialists, and county staff.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's in computer related field and three years of related experience OR High school and eight years related experience.
Valid OK Drivers' License
Strong technical and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
