JOB SUMMARY:

This is a senior managerial position assigned to the Child Support Program Office in the Department of Revenue and reports directly to the Enterprise Systems Support Process Government Operations Manager II supporting Customer Relationship Management, Business Warehouse, and Interfaces teams. The position supervises, 10-20 team members and is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Program's federally required computer system, CAMS.

You must be an effective communicator and capable of presenting information effectively to management. You must be able to operate successfully in a demanding environment, manage multiple projects and produce results that support the Program's strategic initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.

  • Two years of supervisory or team lead experience managing team members in operational and project positions.

  • Two years of experience working with software development life cycle processes including using project management software applications.

  • Two years of experience writing briefing papers, contributing information, analysis, and proposing options/solutions and making recommendations to management for decisions.

  • Two years of experience planning and evaluating program or operations processes, resolving identified productivity and quality concerns, and implementing process improvements.

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience in managing and/or leading the implementation of SAP projects.

  • Experience in communication through a variety of methods to diverse audiences.

  • Experience in the Child Support Program.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Interviewed applicants will be determined by meeting the minimum qualifications and accumulated points gained via applicant selection criteria (ASC) screening tool administratively approved.

SALARY: $63,990.48 - $93,258.84.
