Job Title: Computer Installation TechnicianLocation: Franklin and Surrounding CountiesJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are seeking qualified Computer Installation Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting up and installing computer systems at various locations, primarily within Franklin and the surrounding counties. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Install and set up computer hardware at designated locations.Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and drivers.Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and meet company standards.Provide technical support to customers during and after installation.Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.Travel to various locations within Franklin and surrounding counties for installations.Requirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Proficiency in computer systems, including hardware setup, software installation, and driver configuration.Strong experience with Windows OS and the Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in computer installation or a related field is preferred.Additional Information: This position involves travel within Franklin and surrounding counties.
