Job Summary and QualificationsThe CMMS Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the management of HCA Healthcare's facility assets and maintenance operations through the effective use of Engineering Central, HCA's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Key duties include conducting asset audits, maintaining and updating asset records, generating insightful reports, and providing education support and training to end-users. The CMMS Specialist helps to streamline maintenance processes, enhance asset performance, and support the organization's overall operational goals. This role works closely with hospital facility management teams, division shared service leadership, and the CMMS manager to perform in-depth asset audits and assessments, identify inventory gaps, and create action plans to improve data accuracy. The CMMS Specialist will also work closely with Design & Construction and other project teams to ensure MEP assets removed/installed during a project are reflected in Engineering Central. It is crucial for this role to be highly detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and collaborate well with others.
