Concessions Clerk Vision for the Role:

To promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ through customer service and retail sales. The individual is responsible for inventory restocking and professionally meeting the needs of customers. This position requires self-motivation to work individually and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

The Role:

• Engage directly with customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Proactively assess customer needs and offer assistance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment in assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to standards for atmosphere, service, and money handling.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Evidence of strong Christian faith with a passion for sharing the gospel and meeting spiritual needs.
• Must agree with our statement of belief and be willing to abide by our code of conduct.
• Ability to participate in staff trainings and be present on-site during camp sessions.
• Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with both adults and children in a fast-paced environment.
• Agreement with the theological positions, philosophy, and policies of Hume Lake Christian Camps.
• Team player, able to work independently and handle diverse backgrounds.
• Physical Requirements: capable of performing tasks like lifting, running, and swimming, while enduring various weather conditions and irregular hours. Able to lift 25-50 lbs and maintain physical endurance in demanding conditions.
