Job DescriptionPosition: Concessions Runner Department: AVA Concessions Job Summary: Stocks and cleans each AVA food and beverage outlet and maintains inventory throughout each event. Duties and Responsibilities (specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to):

Delivers food and beverage requisitions to AVA outlets.

Restocks each outlet as needed during events.

Bags ice prior to events and stocks ice freezers as needed.

Monitors CO2 levels at each outlet and changes as needed.

Transports all unused items to proper storage areas as the end of each event.

Complies with all guest service standards.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge and compliance with all food and beverage, health, liquor and safety regulations per local applicable laws.

Skill in working courteously with the public as well as developing and maintaining good working relationships.

Must be able to push or pull loaded carts with up to 300 pounds of cargo.

Must be able to walk and stand for at least eight (8) hours at a time.

Must be able to lift fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) pounds at one time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

Ability to detect and correct problems with draught systems.

Must present a clean and well-groomed appearance.

Ability to work in a smoking environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Demonstrated track record of providing excellent guest service.

Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, special events, and overtime, as needed.

Must have or be able to obtain Alcohol Awareness certificate within ninety (90) days of employment.

Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

Must be able to obtain a valid non-gaming badge.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-6 months food and beverage experience.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
