General Summary of Duties: The Players Club Representative provides quality customer service, issues Caesars Rewards cards to new and existing guests efficiently and accurately executes promotions/events. Must be minimally 21 years old.
Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):
1. Capability to answer a variety of questions regarding Grand Victoria Casino and services.
2. Efficiently enroll new members into Caesars Rewards.
3. Accurately input player information into the Casino Management System.
4. Correctly answer all questions related to direct mail programs and mail delivery, seeking out clarification from management, as needed.
8. Accurately redeem all Caesars Rewards points for guests.
9. Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
10. Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.
