Concierge Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.A genuine passion for working with seniors and their families.
