We are seeking a Concierge with to work full-time overnight, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and a part-time weekend day shift 7:00am-3:00pm.Our Independent Living Concierge team plays a key role in our success. They greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and professionally and treat everyone with courteous respect. They are a vital resource of medical knowledge for our residents and staff for when necessary to handle or support responding to medical emergencies within our independent living setting. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall Wellness of our residents.WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU…* Are a team player!* Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.* Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.* Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:* C.N.A. or Certified Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience is strongly preferred for when responding to medical emergencies.* At least six months medical and customer service experience.
