Concierge - Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center : Job Details

Job Opportunity: Concierge

Facility: Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care CenterPosition: ConciergeShift: Full Time, 11 AM to 7 PMPay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with Admissions and nursing staff to prepare for new Residents, including arranging equipment and ensuring rooms are ready.

• Greet and escort new Residents to their rooms, providing welcome baskets when applicable.

• Address Resident needs and concerns, including responding to call bells and following up as needed.

• Assist with tours, room changes, and Resident Council meetings.

• Prepare gift bags for Residents discharged to the community and monitor scheduled smoking sessions.

• Complete and report daily progress updates to administrative staff.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday.

• Possess functional sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics to meet the position's requirements.

• Meet general health requirements as set by the Facility's policies, including medical and physical examinations.

• Lift between 5 to 25 pounds periodically as needed, per OSHA guidelines for Nursing Homes.
