Description Snowmass Mountain Lodging in Snowmass, CO are looking for a Concierge to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company's needs.
• Greet guests and confirm reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
• Be in guest facing areas to assist guests.
• Maintain a good working relationship with tourist attractions, entertainment and places of historical interest in the Roaring Fork Valley.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and on weekends.
• Gives a high standard of quality of service and courtesy, bringing total satisfaction to our guests and the company.
• Represent the company with integrity and dedication.

Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year in the hospitality industry
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have great communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Aspen and surrounding areas
• Must have the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Must have experience of Front Office, Guest Relations or Reservations operations.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Ability to acquire and maintain relationships i.e. colleagues, customers and vendors.
• Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
