Staff the reception desk. Monitors telephone, fax machine, resident call system, and exit alarm system. Performs clerical duties and other work as assigned. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - Must be 18 years of age. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance and customer service. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents, guests, and staff.
