With a full complement of services for residential and commercial luxury properties, you can count on Adamas to exceed your expectations.Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Concierge (Part-Time) with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Jersey City locationShifts: Sunday and Monday 11pm to 7am Friday and Saturday 3pm to 11pmPay Rate: $16.00 per hour.The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to:+ Excellent customer service skills+ Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.+ Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination+ Check-in and announce incoming guests.+ Receiving packages and deliveries+ Resolve complaints from residents/guests.+ Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.+ Folding and washing towels+ Light organization/cleaning of assigned work area.Requirements:+ MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION+ Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience+ Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.+ Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.+ Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds.+ Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours.+ Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.+ Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours.+ Must pass comprehensive background checks.+ Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company.Benefits:+ Weekly Pay+ Full Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 40k match after one year of employment.
