A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CONCIERGE / RECEPTIONISTAs a Concierge / Receptionist, you are the face of Montereau and often serve as the first impression many have of our organization. You enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality customer service to anyone who walks in the door and always create a welcoming and friendly environment for our senior residents. Because our Concierge / Receptionist interacts with our residents on a daily basis, you will create a special bond with them, which offers a meaningful relationship to both the resident and you. During each shift, you will greet, assist, and direct residents, family members, guests, and staff. You will also ensure the safety of our residents by completing reports, performing data entry, and maintaining our check-in systems. In addition, you will support administrative staff through a willingness to work with any team member on delegated projects. Your passion for providing excellent customer service is apparent as you actively welcome questions of all kinds. • Ability to multi-task and pay strict attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize, while remaining calm, even when encountering multiple interruptions
• Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn new software systems
• Ability to complete physical tasks typically performed as a Concierge / Receptionist
