SummaryConcord Hospital is seeking experienced RNs to join our RN Premium Float Team. The float team offers you the opportunity to use your diverse clinical skills and competencies in a variety of acute care settings. This float team position will offer exposure to a variety of medical/ surgical and critical care units across the hospital and provide you with an opportunity to further develop your skill base.EducationGraduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.Certification, Registration & LicensureRegistered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of NursingBasic Life Support - American Heart AssociationExperienceOne year prior clinical nursing experience.Evidence of experience in working effectively and positively with patients, care providers, and the multi-disciplinary team. Evidence of the ability to perform as a member of a team.ResponsibilitiesBases nursing actions by applying principles of purposeful, organized thinking to make clinical judgment/decisions.Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment and interprets data in order to plan and implement interventions to meet patient care needs.Develops, evaluates and revises patient's plan of care and nursing actions in response to patient's needs.Documents care provided and patient's progress toward attainment of desired outcomes.Directs and supervises others in the performance of delegated nursing activities.Teaches the patient and/or significant other(s) about the plan of care.
