Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned crew.Train and mentor team members in proper techniques and safety standards.Ensure all crew members follow company policies and procedures.Inspect work areas for hazards and mitigate risks.Prepare job sites, including grading, forming, and layout of footings and walls.Oversee installation of reinforcing steel and other structural components.Direct the forming and pouring of concrete structures, utilizing Symons and other forming materials.Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.Conduct inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.Adhere to safety requirements and equipment guidelines.Travel as needed to and from job sites.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Perform other tasks as assigned.Knowledge and Skill
- Minimum of five years concrete construction experience, specifically in forming and pouring concrete footings and cast-in-place walls.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or technical training preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment and using construction tools.
- OSHA/safety training preferred.

Work Environment
