This role requires an experienced inspector to provide on-site inspection services for the installation of concrete foundations and slabs on grade.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site inspections of concrete cast-in-place and precast structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Monitor and document the installation of concrete foundations and slabs on grade.
  • Identify any non-conformance issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure quality control and adherence to industry best practices.

      • ACI Certification as a Concrete Construction Special Inspector (ACI-CCSI) or ICC Certification as a Concrete Special Inspector (ICC-CSI) is mandatory.
      • Proven experience in concrete inspection, with a focus on cast-in-place and precast structures.
      • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
      • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become problems.
