We are seeking safety conscious individuals who have a positive, can-do attitude, work well with others, and want to advance their careers.Join the P&J team today and become a valued member of our company.Summary:Concrete Laborers are responsible for a variety of on-site duties including clean up, carrying materials, digging footers, chipping, backfill, assisting with layout, pumping water, etc.Primary Responsibilities:* Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand.* Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.* Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.* Assist in pouring of vertical concrete.Requirements:* Minimum of 12 months of formwork / concrete construction labor work experience preferred.* Must work efficiently and safely to meet production goals and timelines.* Familiar with OSHA regulations.* Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, stoop, lift overhead and walk/move within various terrains.* Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.* CDL not required but preferred.Accessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process please contact Human Resources atEmail:
