Condenser/Evaporator Operator - Dairy Farmers of America : Job Details

**Job Description**

General Purpose: All duties related to operation and cleanup of condenser pasteurizer and milk separator to include: Duties and Responsibilities: ? Maintain finished product to required specifications ? Load out finished condense and scale? Load out finished Cream and scale ? Perform butter fat and solids test ? CIP finished product silo's ? Maintain security seal program on all finished product loads and storage area ? Sanitation through condense area ? Help cheese operation when time permits ? SAP systems ? Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements

**Requirements**

- High School Diploma/GED

- Perform on the job training

- Able and willing to use required safety equipment

- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written

- Must be able to read and write English

- Work 12-hour shifts
