The Physical Plant at Massanutten Resort is looking for dynamic and customer services oriented individuals to join our team. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply today!Job Description Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record. Other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:

• Interacts directly with resort guest
• General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
• Good driving record

Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule:

• Rotating, Week 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs 9am-9pm & Friday 9am-3pm & Week 2: Monday 9am-9pm, Friday 3pm-9pm & Saturday/Sunday 9am-9pm

Experience:

• Previous experience in apartment or student housing maintenance (preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License:

• Drivers (Required)
