ProSidian Seeks a Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor - GSSC [Full-Time [W-2] Senior Consultant] located in The Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisory services on behalf of The Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site | DOE Office of River Protection (DOE-ORP) | Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

SCOPE OF WORK

• Assist with oversight of conduct of operations.
• Assist with oversight of Training of Technical Personnel.
• Assist with oversight of maintenance and work control processes.
• Document assessments in the DOE integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) database.
• Coordinate issue assessment and resolution with DOE Office of River Protection DOE-ORP engineering, regulatory, and other supporting staff.
• Directly interface with DOE senior management and local and federal agency executives.
• Obtain and apply knowledge of DOE policies and procedures.

Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Education – BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management. Six (6) years of experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree.
• Experience – Six (6) years of directly applicable successful experience as a management consultant or senior manager interfacing with organizational executives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen.
