Job SummaryThe Reservation Coordinator - Conference Center - is responsible for delivering the highest standards in service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized, onsite meeting and event requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. Plan experience-based events and liaise with external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and assist with a collaborative environment amongst TIAA members through events and personal introductionsEvent Planning - ability to curate small and large events, which are directed to enhance workplace productivity and offer an experience-based workplaceDrive daily workplace operations in accordance with corporate workplace policiesBuild relationships with various business divisions, executive office and assist with workplace related offeringsAbility to effectively communicate with the onsite operations team to ensure space is booked correctlyEffectively solve space or amenities-related issues to ensure an elevated user experienceManage shared mailbox to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner and escalate all service related matters to the onsite client.Familiar with EMS or any other space management toolObserve floor operations, user behaviors and suggest strategic changes to continue enhancing the client experienceProactive, timely and clear communication to team and leadership, especially alerting team of changes and needs to support successful meetings and eventsEnsure space optimization practices, tools and processes are updated and operating accuratelyDeliver white glove service to all; elevated attention to high level guests and meetings; influence and build skills in team members to maintain service standardsHeavy anticipation and proactive delivery of all servicesSubject matter expert space management tool administrator responsibilitiesEscalation point for service delivery breakdowns, customer feedback; resolve issues and ensure follow through, engaging leadership when necessaryPerform administrative tasks and provide guidance to the teamOversee and assist with integration of new team membersFacilitate and support events as appropriateMay serve as a point of contact for external vendors/service providersManage the registration and reception of office guests and high-profile visitors Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma /GED required, Associates degree in hospitality management, communications or other related field is preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industryCatering set-up knowledgeProficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and OutlookAbility to multi-task; managing multiple projects and work assignmentAbility to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of eventsTact in working with professional peers from other departments and all subordinatesApply to Flik todayFlik is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
