-Greet all clients and attorneys that arrive, escorting to proper destination
-Answer phones, dispatch calls, take messages
-Book conference rooms
-Setting up conference rooms
-Order catering for meetings
-Clerical duties
-Ensure guest satisfaction, courteous and professional service
-EMS Booking software
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree - required
-Experience in luxury hotel/corporate reception
