What You'll Do:

As the Director of Operations, you will oversee all restaurant operations across multiple high-end, full-service dining concepts. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple upscale restaurant locations across the Miami area, with an emphasis on both quality and consistency
• Lead a team of managers and staff to achieve financial goals, maintain guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
• Leverage modern marketing techniques and digital tools to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and engage with the local dining and nightlife audience
• Drive innovative marketing and guest engagement strategies to meet evolving trends and cater to Miami's unique nightlife and dining culture
• Collaborate closely with ownership to develop growth strategies and oversee new location launches as the group expands

What We're Looking For:

• Miami Local: Must reside in the Greater Miami area and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant and nightlife scene
• Proven Experience: 5+ years in an operations role within upscale dining, with a track record of managing multiple locations, ideally in Miami or a similar market
• Nightlife Expertise: Strong grasp of Miami's nightlife dynamics, with the ability to lead restaurant operations that thrive during peak hours and special events
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (POS, CRM, social media) and comfort with using data analytics to inform decision-making
• Marketing-Minded: A strategic mindset for modern marketing, guest engagement, and brand-building
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
