* High School Diploma

* Office Experience

* Must Have Above Average Computer Skills

REPORTS TO: School Business Administrator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: To assist the Business Office in the operation of an efficient office.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month contractual position

EVALUATION: Evaluated bi-annually in writing by immediate Administrator.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: In order to fulfill his/her professional responsibilities, the position shall:

* Screen and clarify issues presented to the School Business Administrator. When necessary and or appropriate, personally handle or redirect to the correct person/department.

* Follow through on assignments to completion.

* Seek out required information for doing the job rather than waiting for it.

* Suggest and or develop new and improved methods to do the job.

* Keep the office efficiently organized.

* Demonstrate initiative for in-service on current and new job procedures.

* Report to work on time.
