Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Configuration Analyst

Location: Lansing, MI - Hybrid (2 days onsite/wk)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and administration of our CRM system. This role will ensure scalability, automation, and efficiency in business processes while serving as the go-to expert for CRM strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Define and implement best practices for CRM governance, data integrity, and security.
• Optimize system performance by proactively managing integrations, automation, and user adoption.
• Generate CRM solutions to support business goals, including process automation, customer engagement strategies, and reporting.
• Oversee user roles, security, and compliance policies within the CRM system.
• Drive the design and deployment of Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) to enhance CRM capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, translate them into CRM solutions, and ensure adoption.
• Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with Microsoft support when needed.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the system.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior administrators and business users.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM administration and configuration.
• Deep expertise in CRM customization, business process automation, and security role management.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, ERP systems).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Ability to lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive CRM adoption across the organization.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, or MB-600) preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor users at all levels.
