Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Configuration/Data Management Assistant at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

The Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN-EZ) has the collective AFMC mission responsibility for preeminent engineering expertise to acquire and support war-winning capabilities. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/EN-EZ, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
  • Provide configuration and data management support necessary to assist support services for the USAF AWO, including the Non-DoD Military Aircraft Office.
  • Maintain configuration control of official records, collect and prepare configuration and data management materials for staff meetings.
  • Assist in preparation and tracking of official correspondence.
  • Assist with the planning, formulating, editing, developing, publishing, and distribution of airworthiness process artifacts.
  • Manage data systems to make non-DoD military aircraft data available to reviewers.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Bachelors Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience or
    • Associates Degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience or
    • Nine (9) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong professional and business communication skills
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • Some travel may be required
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
