Recommends methods for enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of GSA to support Members of Congress and their staffs in all aspects of GSA operations.* Represents the GSA to Members of Congress and their staffs in providing advice and assistance to their state and district offices.* Coordinates congressional office moves and requests for the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and repair of furniture, office equipment, computers, carpet and drapes. Prepares and submits annual budget requests for funds expended by GSA for assigned Congressional offices and develops supplemental budgets to cover moves of Congressional offices and other unanticipated situations.* Establishes contacts and maintains liaison with the U. S.
