Job Posting Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Console Operator at our Baptist IT Center. This is a PRN opportunity! The primary shifts for this position are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, and 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM. However, shifts may occasionally fall outside of these hours or be partial shifts, depending on operational needs.
As a Console Operator you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming, addressing, and ensuring first call resolution to meet the needs of internal and external callers whose calls are directed to any of our Baptist Medical Center Hospitals and stand-alone Emergency Rooms located within the Northeastern region of Florida.
* Prioritizing, answering, and responding to incoming calls received on the internal emergency line for the Baptist Health System and alerts hospital emergency response teams through effective listening, and communicating clearly and concisely via the appropriate emergency communication management system.
