Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Analyst at Broadway Fillmore Neighborhood Housing Services in Buffalo, NY. The Construction Analyst will be responsible for preparing scopes of work, cost estimates, writing construction specifications, bidding, drafting construction contracts, monitoring construction progress and processing contractor requests for payment.
