Construction and Design Associate - Law Firm Experienced - J.Sheppard Associates : Job Details

Our client, a leading Chambers rated Construction and Design practice representing developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, is seeking to add an Associate or Counsel with a minimum of 5-to-8 years of experience to their successful team. The firm and group are intentional about advancement for their attorneys of all levels.

Actively engaging with clients, partners and outside counsel, this role requires a strong attention to detail to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of construction and design contracts, including design-build agreements, access agreements, construction management contracts, and subcontractor agreements. The Associate will represent clients in construction-related disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Manage all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-litigation negotiations to trial.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
