  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of commercial projects, from planning to execution.
  • Help manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Support in the preparation and review of project documentation, including RFI's, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress, making sure that the work adheres to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, and cost control methods.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly adaptable, with a commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and take on more responsibility over time.
