Position: Construction Consultant

Location: Texas (remote)

Terms: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough site investigations into construction projects to identify defects, deficiencies, or areas of concern.
• Prepare reports that clearly portray causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended solutions.
• Provide in detailed reporting & cost estimating services for a wide range of construction projects/claims
• Provide expert opinions and analysis to support or refute claims.

Qualifications

• Licenced GC in Texas (multiple states preferred)
• Experience conducting property loss and/or similar inspections
• Any relevant IIBEC certifications (preferred)
• Experience conducting roofing, waterproofing assessments & forensic investigations (preferred)
• Considerable knowledge of building code requirements and standards

Additional:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• US driving license
• Willingness to travel
• Relevant IIBEC certifications
